General Information

The Displaylager.eu webshop caters to both B2B and B2C sales – you can choose whether to shop as a private individual or as a business. Prices will then be displayed either including or excluding VAT. Therefore, all prices on the site are listed in DKK excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated.

You can order products from us in the following ways:
Order directly from our webshop, contact us via email (we reply no later than the day after receipt), or by phone Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Displaylager.eu is e-mark certified, which means your purchase is covered by the e-mark buyer protection. You also always have access to the e-mark’s free dispute resolution when shopping with us.

 

Purchase Guarantee

Your purchase from us is automatically covered by the PriceRunner Purchase Guarantee – free of charge. It covers up to DKK 50,000 in case an issue arises in connection with your purchase. To be eligible, you simply need to be a registered member of PriceRunner. 

The purchase guarantee covers situations where shops fail to fulfill their legal obligations and do not resolve the issue within 60 days. The guarantee only applies to consumers residing in Denmark.

Even if you are not already a member of PriceRunner but reached our site via them, your purchase can still be covered by the guarantee. You just need to register within one hour after your purchase. Membership is free and takes less than three minutes! Become a free member at PriceRunner. 

To be eligible for the guarantee, the order must be placed in your name as a consumer. You are entitled to compensation if something goes wrong with your order, such as the item being damaged, missing upon delivery, incorrect, faulty, or not delivered at all. 

PriceRunner’s purchase guarantee covers both acquisition and shipping costs as well as any direct financial loss incurred. PriceRunner has been Denmark’s leading product and price comparison service since 2000. Each month, it helps more than one million Danes make better purchases. The service is independent and does not allow stores to influence the information you see and benefit from.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery time for standard items without printing:
If ordered before 2:00 PM on weekdays, your order will be shipped the same day. Delivery time is 1–2 working days. You will receive an order confirmation and additional information by email shortly after placing your order.

Delivery time for printed products – calculated from when we receive a print-ready PDF file:
 

  • Posters and roll-ups (under 1.5 m width): 3–5 working days.
  • Roll-ups (over 1.5 m wide), beach flags/event flags/textile prints: 7–10 working days.
  • Alubond boards and foil: 5–7 working days.

These delivery times apply unless otherwise agreed. The stated times are estimated, and delays may occur. Faster delivery for printed products is possible, but price and delivery date must always be agreed with customer service when placing the order. Shipping Costs

For purchases over DKK 800 excluding VAT or DKK 1000 including VAT, shipping within Denmark is free (Greenland and the Faroe Islands excluded).

For purchases under DKK 800 excluding VAT or DKK 1000 including VAT, the following shipping charges apply. Applies only to addresses in Denmark (Greenland and the Faroe Islands excluded). 

We use GLS parcel service for all smaller shipments. You can read more about their services here – GLS Parcel Service. For pallet shipments, we use various Danish freight carriers. 

Shipping prices within Denmark (1–25 kg):
DKK 36 excluding VAT / DKK 45 including VAT.

If you want GLS to leave the parcel at the specified address without a signature, a delivery declaration must be completed. This will be at your own risk.

By default, we only deliver to bridge-connected islands. If you want delivery to a non-bridge-connected island, please contact us.

 

Payment

At Displaylager.dk A/S, all prices are ex warehouse and excluding VAT if you have chosen to shop as a business, and including VAT if you have chosen to shop as a private individual. We reserve the ownership of the delivered products until full payment has been received.

We accept the following payment methods:

Bank transfer – please note that payment via bank transfer is not covered by the chargeback scheme

For card payments on products without printing, the amount is charged only when the order is shipped. For card payments on printed products, the amount is charged immediately, as the order is custom-made.

Payment Terms
Credit card: You must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit card.

EAN invoice: Net 30 days. Invoice is sent via email.

Standard invoice and bank transfer: Net cash unless otherwise agreed. Invoice is sent electronically.

Amount Reservation

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.

The money will be reserved on your card or account until either: we charge the amount when the item is shipped, or the money is released according to your card issuer’s policies.

You can pay with Visa, and Mastercard at Displaylager. Funds may be reserved for up to 30+ days on your debit card. It is not Displaylager that reserves the money, but your bank, which sets the funds aside on your account.

 

Payment Security

We take your security very seriously when you shop with us! At Displaylager.dk, your card information is always protected against misuse. We use SSL encryption on our payment page, which means your card information is sent in encrypted form over a secure connection.

SSL encryption is currently the most secure method for encrypting data and is used by all major payment institutions.

For card payments, we use the Danish company Epay, a Payment Service Provider. Epay is PCI certified by VISA/MasterCard, which means more than 200 security requirements must be met.

 

Prices

Displaylager.eu reserves the right to correct any pricing errors. If a price is clearly incorrect and you reasonably should have noticed it, we are not obligated to deliver the product at the incorrect price.

 

Price Guarantee

At Displaylager.eu, we offer a price guarantee. This ensures that you purchase the right product at the right price. Should you unexpectedly find an identical product at a lower price elsewhere, we will refund the difference and give you an additional 5% discount. This applies to offers received from a Danish supplier. The guarantee is valid for 3 weeks from the date of purchase. A link with the product’s price and information must be sent to sales@displays-lager.com.

The price guarantee does not apply to promotions, clearance sales, limited stock items, custom-made products such as banners or poster prints, decorations, printing, or shipping costs.

 

Right of Complaint

Displaylager.dk A/S complies with Danish law and provides a 24-month right of complaint from the time you receive the product. You are entitled to complain about faults or defects in the product that occur within 24 months of receipt.

The right of complaint presumes that the fault or defect has not arisen due to your incorrect use or damaging behavior. You must file the complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. If you complain within 2 months of discovering the defect, your complaint will always be considered timely.

If the complaint is valid, we will refund the reasonable shipping costs you incur to return the item to us. Please note that we do not accept parcels sent without delivery or by cash on delivery.

If you are purchasing as a business, we reserve the right to remedy the defect, for example through repairs, rather than exchanging the item. 

 

Right of Withdrawal

Business Customers: For B2B sales, Displaylager.dk is not obligated to offer a return or right of withdrawal. In some cases, we may accept returns, but only with prior agreement. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. For any accepted return, we deduct applicable transport costs and 15% of the item’s value.

Consumers: As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item.

If you have ordered multiple different items in one order and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. In the case of a recurring delivery agreement, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after you receive the first delivery.

This means you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to salg@displaylager.dk or use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions. You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the package without notifying us. 

Partial Withdrawal: If you bought several items, you may return one or more of them, even if purchased in one order. Note that shipping costs are not refunded if you withdraw only part of your order. 

Returns: Once you have notified us of your wish to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the product. You are responsible for return shipping costs and liable for any damage that occurs during return transport.

Some items cannot be returned via standard mail. This applies to oversized parcels and pallet shipments. The return cost for such items is expected to be up to DKK 600 incl. VAT. 

For regular parcel returns, we can offer pickup via GLS or similar. The expected return cost for such packages is up to DKK 225 incl. VAT per package.

No Right of Withdrawal
The following agreements cannot be withdrawn:
 

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized – including prints.
  • Goods specially manufactured according to your requirements in terms of size and appearance.
  • Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item. In other words, you may examine the product as you would in a physical store, but you must not use it for its intended purpose.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you may only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the item’s commercial value. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a depreciation of the item's value.

 

Refund of the Purchase Amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item is depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional delivery costs if you have chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided documentation that you have sent it back.

Please include the order number you received from us when you placed the order, so we can process the return correctly. You may also cancel the purchase by notifying us and delivering the item personally to the above address by prior agreement. We do not accept parcels without delivery or parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).

To send our newsletter, we use the email address you provided and require your confirmation that you, as the owner of the email address, agree to receive it. If you later decide you no longer wish to receive newsletters, you may unsubscribe at any time without incurring any costs other than standard transmission rates. A simple message (e.g., email or letter) is sufficient, and you will also find an unsubscribe link in every newsletter. 

Product Recommendations by Email
If you have made a purchase at Displaylager.eu, you will regularly receive product recommendations by email. These are sent regardless of whether you subscribed to our newsletter. The recommendations are based on your previous purchases and are meant to inform you about products that might be of interest.

If you do not wish to receive product recommendations or any promotional messages from us, you can opt out at any time at no cost other than the basic rates. A simple message (e.g., email or letter) is sufficient. An unsubscribe link is also included in every such email.

Banner Advertising
We also use data collected during your visit to show you banner ads. These are ads shown on third-party websites, typically using cookies or pixels. Our goal is to make our advertising more relevant and appealing, so you mainly see products you have previously viewed or similar items (retargeting). All banner advertising is done using pseudonymous data—no personally identifiable data like names or email addresses is stored in the cookies.

Competitions, Market Research, and Surveys
We use your data in competitions to notify winners and promote our offers. Detailed information is provided in the specific competition terms. We also use your data for market and opinion research. The information collected is not used for advertising purposes. You will find detailed explanations (especially about analysis of your responses) as part of the individual surveys or where you submit your information.

Log Statistics
We use analytics tools to gather data about our visitors’ behavior on the site to create statistical overviews.

Displaylager.dk cannot be held liable for:
- Obligations that are not fulfilled due to external factors such as force majeure, fire, strikes, lockouts, blockades, etc.
- Operational losses caused by defects or errors in your order or delivery.
