Shipping and Delivery

As a customer, you may have some questions—either before placing your order or afterward. We've gathered the most common questions our customers have, which might help you as well. When will I receive my item after ordering?

Products without print:
For standard products without print ordered before 2:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. Shortly after placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with further details. In most cases, delivery will be the day after shipment, though some parts of Denmark may require 1–2 days.

Products with print:
The delivery times below apply unless otherwise agreed. These are estimated times and delays may occur.

  • Print products: 1–2 extra days, sometimes 7–10 business days
  • Roll-ups up to 150 cm: 3–5 business days from print-ready PDF
  • Roll-ups over 150 cm: 7–10 business days from print-ready PDF
  • Posters: 3–5 business days from print-ready PDF
  • Beach/event flags and textile prints: 7–10 business days from print-ready PDF
  • 3mm Alubond: 5–7 business days from print-ready PDF
  • Foil for pavement signs/exhibition walls: 5–7 business days from print-ready PDF

Faster delivery for printed items is possible, but price and delivery time must always be arranged with customer service when the order is placed. Contact customer service at +45 7020 9096 or salg@displaylager.dk.

If you place your order before 2:00 PM, you will generally receive it the next day. If the package is delayed, it’s very rare that it doesn’t arrive the following day. Our warehouse staff work hard to ensure all orders are shipped as promised. If it’s after 2:00 PM and you must have the item the next day, call us immediately—we’ll see what we can do.

What does shipping cost?
Shipping always costs DKK 68 regardless of the size or number of packages. If you order for more than DKK 800 excl. VAT, we offer free delivery throughout Denmark!

Delivery to non-bridged islands:
For shipments to non-bridged islands with their own postal codes (3700–3790, 5960–5985, 6720, 7884, 8305, 9940), extended delivery times apply and a surcharge of at least DKK 68 for regular parcels up to 25 kg and DKK 625 for pallets. For islands without their own postal code, delivery is to the ferry dock, and the customer is responsible for transport to the final address. If delivery to the final address is to be handled by Vinduesgrossisten, this will be invoiced to the customer.

Delivery

I ordered an item from Displaylager.dk but haven’t heard anything?
We always send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. Check your spam filter—it may be there. If you can’t find the email, please contact us so we can send a new confirmation and update your email in our system so you also receive shipping info and tracking number when your order is dispatched.

What do I do if my order doesn't arrive when expected?
You can track your shipment using the tracking number sent in the shipping email. If it was a home delivery, GLS or the freight carrier may have come while you weren’t home. In that case, they should have left a note with pickup information. Responsibility for the shipment is ours until you sign for the package. If in doubt, you're always welcome to contact our customer service at +45 7020 9096 or via email.

My order has arrived, but there is transport damage to the packaging and product. What now?
We want to solve this as quickly as possible. If the packaging is damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery and letting the carrier take it back. Then contact us as soon as possible so we can send a new order right away. If you notice the damage after the carrier has left, contact us immediately so we can assist you further.

The item I received is not what I ordered!
That must be a mistake. No matter how it happened, we’ll help make it right so you receive the correct item! Call our customer service at +45 7020 9096 or email us, and we’ll sort it out immediately.

Returns

How do I return an item purchased from Displaylager.dk?
If you change your mind before receiving the item, you can refuse the delivery. However, it's important that you contact us right away so we know the item is being returned and can start the return process. You can read more in our Terms and Conditions. Items are only accepted for return in their original packaging!

I want to return the item, but I no longer have the original packaging.
It’s ideal to return items unopened and in their original packaging. If you’ve damaged or discarded the packaging, please ensure the item is very well protected before returning it. You are responsible for the item until we confirm receipt at our warehouse. If you’re unsure how to proceed, feel free to call our customer service at +45 7020 9096 or send an email—we'll guide you. Can I get a refund for an item I no longer want?
Of course! You have a full 14-day return period, during which you can return your items and get a refund. Some exceptions apply, which are described in our Terms and Conditions.

I bought an item from you, but it’s defective and doesn’t work?
Don’t worry—we rely on happy and satisfied customers, and we have technicians and experts ready to help either fix the item or start the replacement process.
